Joshua Tree is a hotel-to-housing conversion project located at 2939 E. Andy Devine in Kingman, Arizona. Twenty individual apartments will be available: 9 one-bedrooms, and 11 studio apartments. Joshua Tree will provide permanent housing for those making below 60% of the Area Median Income. Units will be available during the spring of 2025.
