Joshua Tree is a hotel-to-housing conversion project located at 2939 E. Andy Devine in Kingman Arizona. Twenty individual apartments will be available: 9 one-bedrooms, and 11 studio apartments. Joshua Tree will provide transitional housing (up to 24 months) for the first five years for those experiencing homelessness with wrap-around services to help residents work toward permanent housing stability. After that, it will be converted to permanent housing for those making below 50% of the Area Median Income. Units will be available during the summer of 2024.
