Pinyon Pointe is a hotel-to-housing conversion project located at 75 7th Avenue in Page Arizona. Twenty individual apartments are available: 2 two-bedrooms, 15 one-bedrooms, and 3 studio apartments. Pinyon Pointe provides transitional housing (up to 24 months) for the first five years for those experiencing homelessness with wrap-around services to help residents work toward permanent housing stability. After that, it will be converted to permanent housing for those making below 50% of the Area Median Income. Units are now available.
