Housing for Hope is partnering with Foundation for Senior Living (FSL) to develop affordable workforce and senior housing as part of a redevelopment effort on two acres in the heart of downtown Flagstaff at the site of the former St. Mary’s Catholic School, 320 N. Humphreys Street. The project will be completed in phases beginning with 70 units of affordable senior housing called San Francisco Square Apartments. The next phases will include development of affordable family housing (Aspen Lofts), parking and a portion of open land for future development.
